Roles We Recruit For
Four role families. Engineering first.
We recruit for these role families for UK & US manufacturers. We don’t advertise specific live vacancies without a client’s permission — send your CV or brief us, and we’ll match you directly.
CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
The machinists who keep spindles turning — from setting and operating through to full offline programming.
Programming: online & offline programming, CAM, proving out new parts
Controls: Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens and similar control systems
Repair: fault-finding and fast turnaround on breakdown tooling
Precision: working to microns from drawings and samples
The hiring painExperienced toolmakers are retiring faster than they’re replaced — when one leaves, decades of know-how walk out with them.
No role family matches that search yet. We recruit for CNC, manufacturing engineering, quality and toolmaking roles — ask us if your role sits inside engineering manufacturing.
For urgent gaps: a machine standing idle, a project deadline, cover that can’t wait. Quoted first as a single bill rate, so you know the full cost before anyone starts.
Bill rate first: one clear rate quoted up front
Temp-to-perm: try the engineer on contract, then convert
Same screening: contract candidates screened to the same standard
Same terms discipline: agreed by email before anyone is sent
The fees other agencies won’t publish. Ours are here.
Large recruiters keep fees behind a sales call. Hirevo publishes its full fee and rebate schedule — because a manufacturer should be able to cost a hire before picking up the phone.

Term
How it works
Terms first
Terms are agreed by email before any CV is sent. Your reply “Agreed” is the interim terms record — no CV ever moves before that.
12 months
Candidates we introduce are covered for 12 months from introduction.
Consent
No candidate details are shared before terms are agreed and the candidate has consented to that role.
Payment
Invoiced on start date. Payment terms (14 or 30 days) are confirmed per client in your agreed terms.
Contract
Contract and temp-to-perm cover is quoted first as a bill rate for urgent gaps — full cost known before start.
No hire, no fee
Permanent placement is success-only. If we don’t fill it, you don’t pay a fee.
12-week sliding rebate
From 100% in weeks 1–4 down to 25% in weeks 11–12, if the hire leaves — where invoices are paid on time.
US 90-day replacement option
US clients may choose a 90-day replacement guarantee instead of the rebate schedule.
Cost a hire in ten seconds
Enter a first-year salary and market — this is the exact published range above, worked out for you. The final fee within the range is confirmed in your agreed terms.
Estimated fee range
£6,750 – £9,000
Payable only if our candidate starts. Invoiced on start date, protected by the sliding rebate (UK) or your choice of rebate / 90-day replacement (US).
Skills We Source
Need a skill, not a full-time hire? We find the person.
Engineering stays our primary lane — the role families above. Alongside it, Hirevo sources skilled people across nine categories on a freelance-commission basis: for a project, a campaign, or ongoing support.
How the skills model works
You brief us on the skill you need → Hirevo matches a vetted person → commission applies on completed work — terms agreed before work starts, every time.

Engineering & Manufacturing
Our primary specialism, widened well beyond the four core role families — brief us on any engineering or shop-floor skill and we source and vet the person.

Skills are sourced per brief — send us the requirement and we’ll confirm who we can put forward and the terms before anything starts. Candidates with one of these skills can also register their skill with us, free as always.
How It Works
Shortlist first. CV spam never.
Two clear journeys — one for employers, one for candidates — and a maximum of two follow-ups from us. If we’re not right for the brief, we’ll say so.
For Employers
From brief to a hire who stays.
1
Brief us
Email the role, must-haves and constraints. We confirm terms by email — your “Agreed” reply is the record — before anything else moves.
2
Shortlist first
You receive 2–3 screened, anonymised profiles matched to the brief. Judge the quality before any names or CVs are released.
3
Interviews
Full details released for the profiles you choose, with each candidate’s consent. We coordinate and keep feedback moving.
4
Placement
Offer agreed, start date set, fee invoiced on the start date — protected by the rebate or replacement guarantee in your terms.
5
Aftercare
Check-ins after the start, through the guarantee period — our job isn’t done at the invoice.
For Candidates
Free for candidates — always. Your details move only with your consent.
1
Send your CV
Email your CV with the roles, locations and shifts you want — and the ones you don’t.
2
Screening conversation
A real conversation about your skills, kit you’ve run, and what you want next — not a keyword scan.
3
Consent, per role
Nothing is sent to any employer without your consent for that specific role. Ever.
4
Match & interview
We put you forward only where you genuinely fit, and prepare you for each interview.
5
Placement support
Offer, start date and settling-in check-ins — we stay in touch after you start.
Our reply promise
Every enquiry — employer or candidate — answered within one working day.
Most agency websites are wallpapered with client logos, placement counts and testimonials. Hirevo is a young, specialist firm — so instead of borrowed proof, here is how you verify us before you risk anything:
Judge the shortlist, not the pitch. Your first experience of Hirevo is 2–3 screened, anonymised profiles against your real brief.
Risk sits with us. Success-only fees, a published sliding rebate, and no upfront cost — if we don’t deliver, you don’t pay.
Fees in the open. Our full fee table is published above. Ask any large agency to do the same.
Client stories will be earned. We’ll publish case studies and testimonials after our first placements — with clients’ permission, and not a day before.
About Hirevo
Founder-led. Engineering-first. Two markets.
Hirevo is a Pakistan-based recruitment company serving UK & US manufacturers. Engineering is our primary specialism — CNC, manufacturing and quality engineering — with additional skill categories now offered alongside it, because depth beats breadth: the firms that struggle most to hire are mid-size precision manufacturers, and the roles that hurt most when vacant are exactly the four families on this page.
Founder-led means the person who takes your brief does the screening. No hand-offs, no call centre, no CV spam — and a maximum of two follow-ups, because your inbox isn’t our billboard.
UK permanent placements: 15–20% of first-year salary. US permanent: 20–25%. No hire, no fee, and no upfront fees. Contract and temp-to-perm cover is quoted first as a single bill rate. The exact fee within the range is fixed in your agreed terms before we start.
Permanent hires are covered by a sliding rebate: 100% in weeks 1–4, 75% in weeks 5–6, 50% in weeks 7–8, 40% in weeks 9–10 and 25% in weeks 11–12 — valid where the invoice is paid on time. US clients may instead choose a 90-day replacement guarantee, agreed in the terms up front.
The fee is invoiced on the candidate’s start date. Payment terms — 14 or 30 days — are confirmed per client in the agreed terms, so there are no surprises either way.
By email, before any CV is sent. We send the terms, you reply “Agreed”, and that thread is the interim terms record. Candidates we introduce are covered for 12 months, and no candidate details are shared before terms are agreed and the candidate has consented.
Every enquiry is answered within one working day. From there, the brief conversation sets expectations for your shortlist — we’d rather give you a realistic picture than a fast promise.
No. Hirevo is completely free for candidates, always. Employers pay the fee. And your details are only ever sent to an employer with your consent for that specific role.
Yes — where a preferred supplier list exists, we pitch for PSL consideration on the strength of a first shortlist, rather than asking you to bend your process. Our main focus is non-PSL mid-size manufacturers, where we can start helping immediately.
Our primary specialism is four engineering role families — CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer/Inspector and Toolmaker — primarily for UK aerospace and automotive suppliers and US equivalents. Alongside engineering, we also source skills across development, design, video & media, IT & data, business support, marketing, writing and finance & legal support — see the Skills We Source section. For larger orders we also cover the Gulf, Canada, Australia and the EU.
